The doors allow for both rotatory and translatory motion in one go, and their spinning around the central axis ends up saving on 50% of space— otherwise consumed by the conventional doors as they open up. I think so.
The system is smart enough to allow us to open the door in two-way.
Flexible enough to manage our inner furnitures placement.

It doesn’t take less space to open, but it does move half the space to the “push” side of the door. This would be very useful for very small residential bathrooms, where the door would otherwise strike the fixtures.
