Swedish Inspiration: Four Rooms Apartment in Goteborg

danish inspiration 1 Swedish Inspiration: Four Rooms Apartment in Goteborg

No matter if you plan to buy it or just use the images as inspiration, here’s a wonderful four rooms apartment in the attic of an old building in a quiet neighborhood of Stockholm Goteborg. Undergoing a recent “facelift” that kept the classic design of the building, it’s really nice to see a painter’s influence in creating a perfect home for a family. Mild colors, elegant lighting appliances, a large couch and white furnishings, the most interesting parts of the apartment are the two balconies that offer rich sights of the area. That’s an apartment I’d love to blog from. Like it? – via

Not to seem overly negative, but Stockholm is approximately 500 km from Denmark, and is actually the capital of Sweden. In contrast, the capital of Denmark is Copenhagen.

    Jonas, I’m terrible sorry.

I was too tired to be legally allowed to write, but the
apartment looked amazing and wanted to show it asap. The mistake
came up because I was looking at another apartment in Copenhagen.
Everything got mixed – the bad way – in my head.

    Please accept my apologies.

Again, just wanted to say Linnéstaden is in Göteborg ..not Stockholm.
P.S. I really don’t think you would like to blog from thebalconies neither,
it’s around -2 °C out side here right now.

    Hi,

That carpet is too clean for someone who paints :-)
They didn’t set the crime scene that well:-)

    Kind regards,

    José

Not to seem overly negative 2: this apartment seems to be in
Gothenburg. One of the images shows Skansen Kronan, which is
a redoubt in Gothenburg, Sweden. It was built to defend the
city against the evil Danes. On the bright side, you are now
only 60 km from the Danish mainland. ;)

The apartment is located in one of the city’s cafe district.
Within walking distance are both the famous Göteborg
Botanical Garden and Slottsskogen (The Castle Forest).

Thank you for your inspiration and keep up the good work.
    It is much appreciated.
