With the icebergs melting and the oceans water levels increasing I’d sure be interested in living in a floating house. Architect Robert Harvey Oshatz has done his best to design this modern Fennell House.

Completed in 2004 the spectacular wooden house features a facade that resembles with the shapes and curves of a river and even though it looks perfect to spend a sunset with your loved-one, you’ll have to agree it has a big party potential. How about some margaritas and some good music with a bunch of friends?

Inside there’s a big living room with a bar while in the back, there’s the oft-level master bedroom. Simple and beautiful at the same time, don’t you think?
