What you are going to see in this post is a realistic toilet that was featured under “Cool Inventions” in National Geographic Kids Magazine under the title ‘Souped Up John.’ An ultra pimped out toilet, that is the ultimate in geek bathroom luxury. It features a TV, TiVo, DVD, XBox, laptop, refrigerator, megaphone, Ipod dock and of course the standard toilet paper holder. In conclusion this toilet is equipped with everything you need, so you’ll be able to spend your whole day in your toilet. Now the ultra busy people can be happy because they won’t be missing anything. Finally to keep you even more time in this toilet you also get some exercise pedals in front for when you really need to shake those bowels loose. If you don’t consider yourself sedentary enough then this geeky toilet will help you become one.

Today I was looking for bathroom remodeling ideas and I’ve found an Italian company that produces modern contemporary bathroom designs. This company is called Mastella and it was founded in 1984. Today Mastella is a solid company with a consistent, easily identifiable image, run by Antonio Mastella with the help of wife Daniela and daughters Cristina and Meggi. While I was browsing their product portfolio I’ve found a bathroom vanity that I wanted to present, but I thought that if I’ll present a collection of pictures, that might inspire other people who want to remodel their bathroom it would be better. So here are 7 pictures that I hope will give you a little inspiration if you’re going to remodel your bathroom.

Earlier this month I’ve presented the Vitamin I.V. Plant Pot an interesting and good looking self watering plant pot. Today I’ve discovered something more extreme, a very geeky and sophisticated plant pot named Pet Plant and designed by Junyi Heo. This plant pot is for those of you who are so busy that they might need a reminder to keep their plants alive. In a few words this concept plants pot shows us how the plants truly feel. The very sleek looking pot measures soil conditions, temperature, humidity, and water calculates those variables based on the need of said plant, and expresses its condition via a series of pictograms on an LCD display. The plant pot will be able to download via an USB interface from a computer all the information about a rose, herb, …whatever, and tell you exactly what the plant needs. Finally the design looks cute, but if every single thing from our house will be depended on electricity our planet, and budget will have to suffer a lot. - Via
