South Africa architectural design company Peerutin Architects created a 550m² a super-luxury villa named the Camps Bay. The villa has exceptional views, spacious living areas and patios, merging with a private, peaceful garden and sparkling pool. This villa is characterized by clean and nice lines, and I can say that I love the pool. - Via - Belowtheclouds

At a first glance the Schimmel Pegasus Piano doesn’t look like a piano. With those beautifully sculpted curves this piano looks more like a futuristic spaceship. The Piano has over 200 strings with a key assembly of 10000 pieces with a fully adjustable hydraulic lid. Now you can have your own Schimmel Pegasus Piano because there’s one for sale until March 15th, only 14 were made ten years ago for people like Eddie Murphy, Lenny Kravitz, and Prince. The pianist’s touch determines the speed and energy of the hammer contacting and energizing the strings. The pianist’s touch determines the speed and energy of the hammer contacting and energizing the strings. Details in workmanship and material are paramount if the pianist is to enjoy playing the instrument and experience rich, expanded dynamic sonority. Schimmel keyboard/action systems are examples of exclusive workmanship, regulated to discriminating standards and ideally matched to the strung back assemblies. they are asking only $110,000, and their highest bit is currently at $100,000.

“Villa Nackros” was designed by Swedish architect, Staffan Strindberg, and is situated in the town of Kalmar on the east coast of Sweden. Villa Nackros offers a spacious, contemporary living environment that combines all the luxuries of the modern day home with the spatial freedom and unrivalled views that only waterfront living can provide. The 12×12 metre Villa has six rooms and a kitchen, a total of 178 m² of living area, 125 m² of terrace and 74 m² of windows but is crammed with technologies to enhance your lifestyle and create an ambience of tranquillity and harmony with nature. Nackros Villa sits securely and stably in the water with its 165 ton constructed weight and is impervious to wind, waves and winter ice. In conclusion a floating home like this is great. Just image yourself right now …waking up and taking a morning swim or just sitting on your floating home deck sipping a glass of wine while the sun sets on the water.

The Dreamland Platform Bed is designed by Christophe Pillet and is a great example of modern bedroom furniture. The “Dreamland” from designer Christophe Pillet and the Ceccotti Collection of Italy is just that, a modern “Zen” sleeping platform free of additions, possessing a lot of visual appeal. The Dreamland Platform Bed is made from Ebony Zed wood for the bottom support, Rosewood, Ebony or Makassar for the fascias, and supple leather for the top panels. This bed is from Ceccotti Collection and you can find more info on their website.

The Residential House for S & P is an awesome project by australian based Architect, Bligh Voller Nield. This residential project was completed in 2003, sited in the centre of a corner block, and it the owners are a professional couple, he is a sailor and she is a gardener. The house design has been influenced by the desire for it to be both garden pavilion and boat house.

The house is sited in the centre of a corner block. It is generally one room wide, and “Z” shaped in plan to take advantage of the views. Upper level bedrooms similarly enjoy both prospects. A painted “fibro” box containing bedrooms at the upper level offers protection to lower level indoor and outdoor living spaces. Conventional domestic construction is manipulated for an elegant expression including a folded, floating wall with adjustable vertical louvers for western sun screening.
