I imagine that the open air garage underneath the house makes
it more difficult to keep the house heated. I know people with
garages underneath the house, and when they open the door, the
house gets colder. Maybe an enclosed garage when you get
rid of the chain link?

I dig the design and use of SIPs and other materials. But in one of the pics I notice the chain link used on the balcony. Although it looks kind of cool now, I imagine 10 years for now it will seem silly, and the fence will be scrapped for a new trendy material.

Otherwise, the house looks awesome
