This concept pops up in my mind every time I go out to eat. You have a table large enough to seat 8 people but there is never enough room for the food and drinks. Take "Thanksgiving" dinner when you have far too much food spread out over the whole table. Last year I actually brought out a fold-up table to put the food on so we had room to eat. I like this idea and would buy one if I had the space.
