		<description>Neat, solar power, it's about time.  Will there be a recharging station in the garage for electric cars as well? I'm happy to hear that my neighborhood is still building up.  Note: Light Rail is still under construction, but should be done by the time these townhouses are ready.  With 2 cars in a garage, would you need it?</description>

Underground space sounds like an awesome idea for the desert, but use it exclusively for storage? Shouldn't we all be living underground like ants under the Phoenician sun?</description>
