Bedroom Design

This isn’t MY idea of a peaceful space. The sterility would be uncomfortable and stiff to me. I prefer warm colors, familiar soft “things,” and something plush.

I love these rooms! especially the whole boxy clean feel of them.

I have to agree with gwen. These rooms, although very interesting, modern, and beautiful; they don’t incorporate the warmth of soft plush items. The beds look flat and uncomfortable, but maybe that is the way of the future.

Brrrr….These bedrooms are so cold! The furniture and design is great, all they need to warm them up are curtains and art. That should help a lot.

However, those photographs are outstanding!

These rooms are nice, but definately not my style. I like my beds big and puffy with down blankets and big pillows. i would feel out of place in these rooms. However, for someone who enjoys a “sterile” clean-lined space, these rooms offer alot including style, function, and space.

Now here’s the challenge: Let’s try fitting these in an 8 ft x 10 ft room!

I like the design, but I don’t like my bed to be in the middle of a big room. It must be my animal instinct, but I like a couple sides of cover while I’m asleep.

These designs leave me a bit cold. They might work in Los Angeles, but not in Canada. Too much glass, not enough blankets! Where is the clothing heaped on the floor? The beds don’t look like the kind that you can take a flying leap into either. This might work for a single Doctor or other self indulgent guy..(read someone with more money than taste.) Japanese influence? And no rugs near where you might put your feet, when you get up….. 6 out of 10.

but too much of light entering because of large windows…………and lot of space around bed……………. bed not puffy……………..

they dont make me feel cozy and tempting to sleep at this type of place

I am new here. Well, those design are absolutely great, but my house to be will not have that large room. The house will be 20′x65′ lot area but i am not sure how big the master bed room is. I do agree with SayBlade, let’s fox those things in small room. hehehe…

But how do you do something like that in
teen style and cheap.

I think that you should lighten up and make your bedroom friendlier. Right now these designs seem cold and hard. You should also come up with something for a smaller room. What average person has a bedroom that size?

These are great designs, but dont really make me feel like I am looking into a real bedroom…
Puofy duevets, fluffy cushions and warm up the colors and I think they could work.
Nice for folks who like modernistic, linear spaces though.

bedrooms are nice but not homey enough too fake… and set up
no ones room looks like that… it doesn’t have any room for personal stuff

also i agree that they are way too bright and no one in canada is gonna want a room like that and my house is way small for a room that size unless i broke the wall down and took over my sisters room

also way expensive and to adult and i fur sure dont have room for such a big bed, they should have some teen designs!

This is certainly one of the most finest minimalist bedrooms I have ever senn, with a lot of style and class.

These rooms are beautiful, I really wish I could do something like this to my room.

These are pretty good designs but it is to simple. There should be a computer table and a lcd t.v.

What are you supposed to do with all that SPACE? They’re all so empty! Maybe if you’re the stressed type who likes to pace a lot it’d be handy to have a lot of floor space, but otherwise I’d never want to spend any time there.

Wow, some really nice Bedroom designs! I use picture like these to help me improve my work. While I never copy a bedroom design I take bits of inspiration from them and give it my own individual stamp:)
