Storyline Shelf is designed by Frederik Roijé and is an excellent solution to store your books in a modern way. Sound finds a physical identity in the beautifully crafted Storyline bookshelf. By first processing a word into soundwaves, the physical shape is then mirrored in powder-coated steel, using an explicit folding technique. Appropriately enough, the word that inspired this lovely piece was “bliss”. The price for this bookshelf is $319.00 and you can have it from here.

These chairs are designed by Patricia Urquiola and they are from the Canasta Collection that are displayed currently in the autumn edition of Maison & Objet. The German Sprinz company has come up with a nice modern solution if you want to heat up a room in a beautiful and simple way. The heater has a super thin glass panel that supports the latest heating technology, so it’s just as powerful as traditional radiators, but it sure looks cooler. The Supratherm radiator is available in many different sizes and can be placed on the floor or mounted on the wall. The most interesting part is that you have the choice to pick out different themes for it in order to match the interiors. This one in the picture is just a custom design, that looks really good, and it looks warm. - Via - Ubergizmo

The Flying Carpet Chair is designed by Simon Desanta and is a unique and stylish piece of furniture. When you first look at this chair you might see a floating carpet, that’s the beauty of this chair, a smooth illusion. But if you prefer style over functionality and comfort when it comes to furniture, there’s no doubt this would look cool in any living room. Now here is how Simon describes his design : “Its swinging form stimulates playfully changing sitting positions between upright and relaxed. Flying Carpet impresses as a single piece, but can also be grouped to an ensemble. The cover is removable, the basic construction is delicate but robust.“. This chair is manufactured by Rosenthal Einrichtung, and they don’t give details about price, maybe is just on request. - Via - Ohgizmo
