I assumed the solar panel "wings" have another function as rain water collector, maybe it will be better if the solar panel construction is re-designed with 4 direction so it will shaped like cross. With 4 panels, the lenght of the solar panel can be shorter (in case of reducing uplift wind force) and the rain water collector function will be more optimized. Nice and simple design..
