Swimming Pools in 3D – I’ve got these pictures from an anonymous person who emailed me, using the Send us Tips form, but he or she sent me only the pictures, no details about the artist or the company that made these amazing 3D swimming pools, but who knows maybe someone who’s reading this blog might know something and post comment. Now coming back to these swimming pools pictures we can see that the artist has just painted the side walls and the floor in such a manner that creates an interesting illusion, , when filled with water. Enjoy the Swimming Pools!

Looks very neat! I was imagining paints on the side that look like.. mini tunnels or something?
amazing..
how could they NOT send the name of the company??!?
Looks like it was done with tile not paint… But I agree looks great!
that’s really amazing ! i believe, one day i will own one too
That’s really, really cool. I wonder how much it’d cost to commission this?
Very Cool
wow!
These are chalk drawings, and the artist is named Julian Beever. He has worked in the U.K., Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany, the USA and Australia for over ten years. Google his name, he has done some work that I find much more amazing.
This is awesome!
who did this?
hey that is some really cool stuff there. totally cool.
Sweet pool!
yeah, thats what I want; Jaws staring at me as I do laps
Wow, these are great optical illusions! A great find.
yawn.
Not sure, but maybe it’s from these guys?

These are some bad ass swimming pools!
I wonder whether these are by the same guy that does those amazing 3D sidewalk drawngs.
these are actually pre-made tiles that can be placed into your pool spa or fountain when they do the final surface finish. My family just got the pool redone and we placed a few fish and a turtle in ours, sans shadows. these ones however look like they’ve been done in mosaic tile, which would mean an actual artisan is involved(think: more $).
WOW! That’s awesome!
Totally amazing
awesome. i love the koi pool.
Bleep!
Amazing!
i thought they were real for a moment.
Very cool….is this tromp l’ oeil?
Sugoi desu, ne!?
That’s amazing, I’ve seen the other types, like in the middle of the street, but I’ve never seen pool chalk art. Fantastic…
Absolutely brilliant collection. I love the first pic
Julian Beever?
That was cool.
I wish I had one of those. ^_^
I have a big green turtle in my pool too! Made it myself. It’s a mosaic. It’s not exactly 3-D but it has some highlights and shadows. We sometimes stand on it and “ride”.
i think your work is beautiful, fun and a pleasure to see.
I like it is nice!
this is so emo.
Looks pretty awesome. Is there a large market for this type of thing? It look a bit elitist but if you can afford it what the heck…go for it. I probably would. Now how about that godzilla scene where he rises out of the ocen to eat japan, you know…that country that bombed us with mitsubishi zeros that are now expenxive imports that americans drive. Well, young americans…ww2 era folks don’t tend to buy those crazy jap traps.
um, wow?!
wow thats so kewl i love how ppl can do that kind of stuff
Why wouldn’t you just get a regular pool? Still, it looks amazing.
those walls aren’t painted, they are made with 1″x1″ glass tiles, designed for high-end bathrooms and pools.
there is a guy in Tucson, AZ that does it, and I know there are a few others in America and a bunch in Europe. the “true” artists use imported venetian tile. if the plaster in a pool runs $2k, glass tile like that might run $20k if imported from mexico, or $40k if imported from italy.
it is an amazing effect when the pool is full of water.
Yeah, totally sweet! I wish we could find out who’s responsible for these works of art.
That was truly amazing. would love to own one some day!!!!!
wow
Wow, the Koi is definetally my favorite.
that shark is menacing… pretty sweet.
This is damn cool! There’s also people doing this kind of things on the street!
i think its elegantpoolservices.com
very cool.
That is amazing!
That is simply amazing. Must’ve cost a fortune, tho.
Wonderful art here! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful is the word which comes first to my mind… well!! this seems quiet high-ticket… but certainly better then those silly 2D effects…
