Surfing the internet to find cool stuff for this blog I’ve stumbled upon an interesting ultra modern house named Aatrial House that is designed by KWK PROMES. This house is very interesting, for example: the driveway leads inside the ground floor level, from underneath the building, to an inner atrium with the driveway in it. As a result, the building opens up onto all sides with its terraces in an unrestricted manner. But the most amazing thing about this house is the pool. I love how that black pool looks near the white home and fresh green grass, an amazing view. I don’t want to say more …just watch the pictures, and tell me what you think. - Found via - CoolBoom

Business Week recently wrote an article where they discussed why huge million dollars homes are more and more popular. The statistics shows that home sales at the $5 million-plus price range rose 11% in 2006, compared to a 8.4% decline in overall housing market sales. Between 1999 and 2005, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing says, sales of homes for more than $1 million skyrocketed over 500%. Today, there are seven homes on the market priced at $100 million or more. In 2005, there was just one. Now, why more and more people build this kind of homes ? In these days more and more people get richer and richer. They have worked hard for their money and this is a way to show their “trophy properties”, aquired with a lot of hard work, the prize.

After I’ve presented you Tricks to Keep Your House Cool this Summer a post that had a huge success, and the huge list of comments can prove this, today I’ve found that a Japanese company named Kuchofuku,is releasing it’s 2007 series of air-conditioned lifestyle products including a bed. Just imagine for a moment laying on this refreshing air-conditioned bed in a hot day. It’s a precious experience. Using extremely quiet dual-fans at the foot of the bed, cool air is pulled in from behind your head and circulated through the soft membrane which also acts as an air-cushion to support you. Best of all, the bed uses extremely low power, costing only $.24 per month if used eight hours a day! - Via - Kilian-Nakamura

I’m looking at this huge armchair, and it seems that this chair was made for oversized people, or for wreslers. The Eleva is an oversized armchair of minimalist lines that will fit into any decorative style. This product achieves its aim of absolute comfort and luxury through its larger than average seat depth and above all, using its patented mechanism which allows the back to be elevated. The Eleva Armchair is available in a range of fabrics and leathers.

Today I’ve found on BonBon a bed named LGM 02. The LGM 02 double swivel bed converts with just one simple movement, LGM becoming a desk/bookcase or at night a comfortable bed with slatted base. But this post is not about that be, because the bed is just a simple bed. The thing that I liked is how the whole stuff are arranged in that room, a beautiful little bedroom, I love it, and I wanted to share this design with my readers. What do you think about this little bedroom ?
