As the name of this lamp suggests ( XL ), this lamp is a very big lamp that requires a lot of space. XL(AMP) is interesting because you don’t see everyday a lamp like this, and when you see one you are amazed. Disassemble and roll up lamp in glass fibre strnghthened polyester plate. Can be personalized with photo prints or inscriptions, this is the interesting part about this huge lamp, in rest I don’t see this lamp to useful. - via Objet B’art & kostasvoyatzis

I’ve found this interesting project named SleepLess on Style Files and I like this idea, and I love to read books this way. Who knows maybe someone will make this project digital and maybe we’ll can read books right before we sleep in our bed this way.
SLEEPLESS. SLEEPLESS is a collaboration between The Great Eastern Hotel and fourteen students from the Royal College of Art’s acclaimed Design Products department led by Professor Ron Arad. Reactive installations and objects invite guests and visitors to take part in an experience and step into a hidden dimension where a hotel is more than just a place for the night. Part of the project is Bedtime Stories. This blanket, designed by Tiago da Fonseca, has several sheets containing a traditional bedtime story. Each “page” adds a layer of linen making you warmer (or cooler) and comfier hopefully guiding you and your partner into a pleasant night’s sleep. Click here to see all the other great designs that are part of the project.

If you would like a modern shelving solution then Cosmo Shelves are the ideal solution. As you can see from the pictures these shelves have squares and rectangles shapes with rounded corners. They come in two colors, black and withe, exactly like Neptune Chairs that I’ve just presented to you. I’m sure that these chairs and these shelves could fit excellent together. The shelves are easy to mount, and you can arrange the rectangles and squares and create a unique art gallery or modern bookshelf. - Price : $58 - $108 from here.

I don’t know why this chair is called Neptune, but is clearly inspired by the planet Neptune. This chair has an extra-wide seat that clearly can offer a lot of comfort. Its clean lines and contemporary shape are seriously swank. Invitingly wide so you can curl up or invite a close friend. Sublime vinyl with chromed steel legs. Fabric swatches are available upon request. As you can see from these pictures Neptune Chair is available in two colors : black and withe. Price : $598 from here.
